MEET CHEF ALESSIO
Italian roots. An international journey.
I was born in 1991 in Gualdo Tadino, a small town in the heart of Umbria, where food has always meant family, tradition and bringing people together.
At the age of seventeen, I moved to London to pursue my passion for cooking. Working in Michelin-starred restaurants and alongside internationally renowned chefs shaped my technique, discipline and attention to detail.
In 2018, I returned to Italy with the desire to create something more personal: authentic culinary experiences inspired by my roots and thoughtfully designed around each guest.
